Taking a yoga retreat is an investment in yourself.The following points are key factors which you need to acknowledge when registering for the "Settle into silence and stay a while" an Introduction to retreating into silence 2024.
I understand and agree:1. That the full balance of the retreat is payable no later than February 25th 2024.If needing to arrange a payment plan, please liaise with Rami via yoga@namami.com.au2. I have read and I understand the cancellation policy.3. I take full responsibility for my own health and well-being during the program. I will not hold Rami Lehmann, or Dalmore Farm Estate responsible for injuries or other medical or emotional problems that might occur.4. I understand if I wish to cancel my reservation, it must be done in writing or via email (yoga@namami.com.au) and the cancellation will be effective as of the date Namami Yoga receives it and subject to the refund policy - listed further down.5. Namami Yoga reserves the right to cancel the retreat if it is below the minimum of 10 participants. If this is to occur, Namami will notify me in advance and give me a full refund, including the deposit within 30 days of cancellation.6. I understand that Namami isn’t responsible for any additional expenses incurred in relation to this trip such as transport etc.7. I have read the below Retreat Terms, and understand and accept them, along with the Terms and Conditions (As above)
Retreat Terms Please note that Namami and Rami Lehmann, will not be held liable for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience that may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control (e.g. fire, flood, cyclones, severe weather, acts of God, and acts of government, machinery or equipment failure, pandemics).
Fitness LevelsModerate fitness levels are required for this 2024 'Introduction into silence Retreat.The onus is on each participant to ensure that they are medically fit to undertake the retreat. If you need clearance by a medical professional, please do so.
Deposits and Payments Full payment is required by February 25th 2024.Payments can be made by bank transfer to Namami, or via the Namami Momence booking system.
Cancellation FeesCancellations after payment must be in writing and are subject to the following refund policy:Namami Yoga RetreatsUp to 30 days – $1500.00 forfeited, remaining fee refundedLess than 30 days and no shows – 100% of the retreat price is forfeited.Please note there is no transferring funds to future retreats.
