14 Days of Traditional Ayurvedic Panchakarma or Optional Treatment Program.
These include Ayurvedic personalised face and body treatments as advised by Ayurvedic Dr. or chosen by you; Along with 2 yoga and meditation classes daily.
Initial and final assessment with Ayurvedic Dr.
Individualised treatment plan as advised by Ayurvedic Dr and daily review with medical team.
Ayurvedic daily herbal juice, tea, and medicines, as advised by your medical team - these are personalised based on your constitution and requirements.
All meals - vegetarian and designed to balance your Ayurvedic body type.
An Ayurvedic cooking class.
Daily "Understanding Ayurveda" info session with Dr. Sally Price.
Accommodation (shared or solo) with aircon, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom (inc. shower and bathtub) patio, and Wifi. Pool, gardens, and gymnasium.
Airport transfers are included, along with 2 tours:
Sunrise to Kanyakumari and a Sunset tour to the backwaters of Kerala.
Optional extras:
3 months post treatment Ayurvedic medicines to continue on your return.
Additional tours with transport to local sights i.e Trivandrum, Kovalam Beach and a variety of Temples.
